Hi, hello! I'm Moog Michelle!

I'm all things WordPress with a dabbling in Shopify, Kajabi, New Zenler, Showit, Webflow, Wix, Squarespace – you name it, I've tried it. Okay, that's not totally true. There's a lot out there and it's almost impossible to try them all, but I love to try new tools out there.

Listen, I know there's many reasons why WordPress might not be for you and there are a ton of reasons why it IS for you. And I want to help you give it a try.

And thus, The WordPress Learning Space was born.

So whether you try a course or join the membership, you're still part of the #wordpressgeeksquad family.

Also,

  • 'Friends' are a big part of our everyday puns.
  • I've been a web developer, web designer and user experience designer for over 20 years.
  • I look and sound a lot younger than I am. 😛
  • I quit corporate and traveled for 4 years before moving from the big city to be closer to the mountains.
  • I love puzzles and working my way to having my own puzzle room/library – my own little sanctuary – and enough space for a 42,000 piece puzzle!
  • I'm also a photographer and sometimes wedding coordinator. Random, I know.

And when you watch the training videos, I say 'So' a lot.

Hi I'm Rachel!

I'm Moogle's assistant and the doodler of the team.
Our usual team meetings consist of Michelle sharing her ideas and me responding with witty, fitting visual cues and playful analogies that pop out of my mind - life's so good when you share a braincell with your team :)

Aside from creating Moogle & co drawings, I churn out my own line of illustrations and work as a freelancing graphic designer and technical VA.

Favourite food: Siu yuk (bbq pork belly)
I'm Cantonese and this is a firm fav. Feed me this if you've upset me and I'll forgive yer in a heartbeat :P

Favourite beverage: Tea with milk and sugar
I'm also very British (born and raised in UK). In my house, we have 3 kettles...one on every floor...

Favourite pass-time: Having 'Friends' running in the background while doing stuff / Going on random walks / Building DIY furniture / Taking a nap in a sunny room while listening to piano music.
