Not initially. You can definitely wait to complete Day 1 before you sign up for a host provider and setup WordPress! But after Day 2, I highly recommend having your initial install complete so that you can follow along and start to put things into practice!
Absolutely. Students who have gone through this training have ranged from complete beginners to having completed e-commerce sites.
